Nonprofit Partnerships

At Labels Consignment, we're honored to support three remarkable Bellingham-based nonprofits dedicated to making a tangible impact in our community.

By choosing to donate while consigning with us, you're extending a vital hand to these extraordinary organizations.

Ragfinery's logo.

Since its establishment in April 2014, Ragfinery has been a dynamic force in promoting creative textile reuse and empowering communities. Through partnerships with social service agencies and schools, Ragfinery provides essential job training opportunities while collaborating with local artisans and volunteers to repurpose unwanted garments and textiles into upcycled goods.

Ragfinery fosters sustainability, job creation, and environmental protection by tapping into the waste stream, saving energy, and keeping local dollars circulating within the community. Ragfinery not only transforms textiles but also minds, instilling a sense of environmental responsibility and economic resilience in its participants.

Snip Snip Hooray's logo.

Snip Snip Hooray is a local nonprofit dedicated to increasing accessibility to affordable sterilization surgeries for pets in Whatcom County. Established in 2022, their volunteer-led group relies on the support of the Labels community, whose donations of household items fuel fundraising events, such as the Not Your Average Garage Sales.

In February 2023, their efforts resulted in raising over $18,000, enabling more than 100 pet owners in the community to access vital spay and neuter services. Through our ongoing partnership and dedication, Snip Snip Hooray continues to make a significant impact in promoting responsible pet ownership and addressing pet overpopulation in our area.

We Care's logo.

We Care stands as a beacon of support for families, offering affordable clothing and household items through its non-profit thrift store. Open to all, We Care warmly welcomes shoppers to peruse its diverse selection of men's, women's, and children's items, generously donated by Labels and other local entities.

As a subsidiary of Love INC of Whatcom County, We Care not only provides material assistance to those in need through their Get Help form but also offers valuable volunteer opportunities for churches, embodying the spirit of community support and compassion.
